US stock market indices, the DJIA, SP500, and NASDAQ have all experienced major trend line breakdowns recently. Some other foreign indices have also broken their respective uptrend lines. The breakdowns that we observed in the financial sector (and others) has now spread to the major stock market indices. This could be the start of a major downtrend for the general stock market.

It will be interesting to see if the industries and sectors that are in uptrends (e.g., precious metals, health care) will only experience minor corrections during this downtrend. Stay tuned...

The banksters just cut rates by .75% to mitigate this crash. I don't think it'll stop the crash, but it'll certainly fuel inflation. Precious metals are already bouncing back and didn't take much of a hit.
